No warnings — paste this in Terminal
curl -fsSL https://anvil.soundchain.io/install | sh
Installs the current build and opens with no security prompt at all.
macOS only warns about files a browser downloaded — it tags them.
curl doesn't, so there's nothing to warn about. Same reason Homebrew
installs this way. The download button below still works; it just asks once.
WINDOWS → irm https://anvil.soundchain.io/install.ps1 | iex
Opening it the first time
macOS 15 Sequoia or newer
Your Mac will say “Apple could not verify…”. Click
Done — never Move to Trash — then open
System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to
Security, and click Open Anyway. Sequoia removed the old
right-click → Open shortcut, so this is the only way.
macOS 14 or older
Right-click the app → Open → Open.
Windows
SmartScreen may appear: More info → Run anyway.
Linux
Make it runnable first: chmod +x SoundChain*.AppImage
This happens because the beta is code-signed but not yet notarized —
a paperwork step with Apple, not a sign that anything is wrong. Your OS asks
once, then opens it normally forever after.
